Greetings my friends,
I am embarking on a personal quest to document the reference numbers and
models of IWC's chronographs over the years. No reason, really, other than I'd
like to have it as a potential (but unattainable) "shopping list." It starts
out simply enough, since it only began in 1981 with the Porsche Design Titan
3700. It will get challenging if I dive into the minutia of Special/Limited
editions, so I'm not sure yet how far I want to go.
I know if I were seeking such a list for IWC's Aquatimers, I could turn to our
esteemed Mr. Dekkers!
Can anyone point me to a resource that may have already assembled such data?
I'm certain it exists, at least within IWC's archives, but I am looking for
something I can access. Any help is appreciated. If I assemble anything worthy
of sharing, I'll share it here when I "finish."
