Does the LPP Mark xvii edition use the same stainless bracelet as the "normal" mark xvii? My AD said he could not order watch bands for boutique only watches, so I thought I'd confirm it's the same band. Thanks!

It is indeed the same. I believe Andy Stevens has made the switch to the bracelet, and it looks really good.

    Saturday greetings,

If you go to the search bar and type LPP WRIST SHOT, you can see the LPP XVII on bracelet. Denes actually was the one who converted his Prince. He has recently indicated that a "distressed Blue" strap project is in the works. Can't wait to see how that plays out. Should be a real looker.

Confirming the regular MARK XVII bracelet is indeed the one for the LPP.

    Best,

    Andy

Thanks. Appreciate it. I also have a ballistic black strap with blue stitching that I plan on using in the summer for water wear. - I will debut that one of these days. andy.

Sorry about that Andy. Could've sworn it was you. But Denes now sounds right. Maybe I planted the seed inside you head?

    Hi Todd,

Actually, the seed was planted shortly after the LPP release. I'll be picking up a backordered strap that should be delivered soon at the Boutique. My goal is to also try the XVII bracelet on my LPP. Icing on the cake would be if it fits my MARK XVI also.

Todd... Should a "Platinum Repeater" come up in discussion, please let members know that you think Andy has one. It gives me hope !

    Cheers,

    Andy

Hi Andy! Do you have pictures of it? Is it original from IWC? I would love to use my LPP all year round and the original strap wouldn't work out at the beach ;-)

    Thanks!

Hello - It is not original IWC, it is after-market. If you email me I will send you the link (trying to keep commercial stuff off the forum per rules). Thanks.
    Andy.
