    Hello everyone,

I have serviced my Mark XV in March last year as it stopped working. Now, only 1.5 years later my watch is running 15-17 seconds slow per day. I don't know exactly what's the expected accuracy of the Mark XV, but this seems quite bad to me. Unfortunately, IWC only gives 1 year warranty after a service as ar as I know so I wanted to ask you what the best way to proceed would be? Also, I don't think it has anything to do with my wearing habits, as I mainly wear it in the office / in the city and my two other two watches (JLC, Omega) run reliably at -2 seconds per day. I hope this is not a common issue with IWC as I'd like my next watch to be a Portugieser but I might change my mind if they also loose accuracy as quickly.

    Thank you for your opinions!

Send it in and get a diagnostic report.
There is no telling what could have happened in 1.5 years.
