    A very special opportunityi1127.photobucket.com/albums/l623/Mooseman2/287e3f05.jpg

The collectors had more then 30 minutes of viewing, touching, wearing and asking questions about this marvelous piece to technology.i1127.photobucket.com/albums/l623/Mooseman2/4194a0ba.jpg

Holding this watch one can only wonder, what if?i1127.photobucket.com/albums/l623/Mooseman2/3e56893a.jpg

Roberto with the required wrist shot, he wanted to do a driving shot, like Nad but IWC won't let him out of the room. LOL

I can only say if you have the opportunity to attend a presentation on this watch
attend it will be the best "watch time" you have spent in a year.

    More to come.

Kevin, Excellent report on this time we spent together as a group with this watch.

Some reflections on my side. On donning one of the 3 Siderale's present there the day - IWC have done such a fantastic job of this watch, that instead of it feeling like I was wearing and had a million dollar watch on my wrist, it simply instead made me feel like "a million bucks". Such eloquence, Design and beauty in the Siderale that it felt just right on the wrist. Large yes - but not overbearing.

Now compare that to some of the other similar priced and even more expensive watches from the other Marques we saw at SIHH the day. To me, they were almost all bizarre, leaning towards ugly, or "freakie" art pieces (even if some of them did hide some good watch movements).

The Siderale rocked ! A beautiful complicated timepiece that is simply classic!

    Thanks for sharing the photos.

    Best regards
    Mark

    Kevin,

thank you for the report and for reminding me of one of the purest moments of watch enjoyment during SIHH.

Thank you for the picture also, it seems I'm looking at somebody while I was actually thinking how to escape with the watch! LOL

Wow...I'm afraid they would've had to pry that baby off my arm. I notice a certain brother of mine is giving it plenty of wrist time!!! Thanks for a great report, Kevin!
