to see this Jaquet Droz moon phase in person as I have not seen it before.
Speaking of moon phases, in my dream world, I wish IWC will put a moon phase out with a dial as stunning as the LE Lange 1815 and price it below $15k!

Curious, I notice the label "Perpetual Calendar" on the moon phase disc is opposite on the two watches. Since the moon phase complication is tied to the date mechanism, this is probably a random thing amongst the dual moon phase PPCs. Details!

I have noticed that too and wonder if it really is random. My Pisa has recently been serviced and it came back with the moon disk in the same position. On a meeting a while ago, we had four PPC's present with the words "Perpetual Calendar" on the moon disk and my Pisa was the odd one out. The other two PPC's had the countdown numbers.
