Great reveal Thang. You had me puzzled for a moment, but in the end I understand the big, and actually, it isn't that ugly at all. Congratulations and may you wear her in good health!

Paul, you couldn’t pay me to wear the Becker one! Call me colour-blind but I say this is a ‘sophisticated’ green while that one is well… Leprechaun.
I think Michael would probably kick me off the forum if I tried it with a red leather strap combination =P
Otherwise- I think a tan/light brown strap could work with black stitching.
Thanks Erwin, still more on ‘the list’. Your 5002Pt beauty is high up there!
Thanks Nelson =) completely agree!
Indeed Arne!

Congratulations! Just be sure to walk it in the green park a lot ;o)
Thang,
You are gonna have to move to Seattle (the "Emerald City") to continue the theme in perpetuity! Seriously, I'm sorry I missed seeing this one in the metal when we visited. Best wishes on a el verde especial!
Thang, great story, good arc of supense -
and a wonderful "ugly" watch - congrats on this!
Best,
-Christian
BEAUTIfUL watch. love mine. :)
Cheers,
sc
Big congrats Thang, loved the green themed story:-)
As mentioned before - Love and beauty is in the eye of the beholder - siample as that. And I think it is a cool watch, best left on the original green strap if you ask me.
PS! We are missing a picture of the happy owner with his green machine!
Thang,
It is a terrific reveal. But I can't say I am green with envy.
But it doesn't matter what I think. You have another very limited edition from Z&C that YOU like. Congrats.
Congrats Thang - That's a rare BP indeed! - Tracy
Very interesting watch. Congrats. As if the BP doesn't make enough of a statement! Lou Ferrigno would be proud!
Hi Thang, congratulations on a special pickup but did you stop off for lunch of fish and chips with green mushy peas!
A wonderful post, Thang and congratulations on bagging another Big Pilot. There's green and then there is ... green.
I have had one of these rare Big Pilots on my wrist, courtesy of another Forum member. After a few minutes to recover from the shock, the watch began to grow on me. At least IWC retained the red indicator on the power reserve. Can you imagine what DFB yellow would look like?
I think you'll get a lot of pleasure and fun from this watch. And it is pretty rare. I mean it is very rare.
Guess we are GREEN brothers now SC? =P
Thanks Skule I’d agree
Green is the new Blue I’m telling you! =P
Thanks Tracy, but nowhere near your 5003. Sadly there are things on my list that I know I’ll never attain!
Jim we’re just gonna have to GTG again… and SOON =)
Can’t stand them! =P
You hit it right on the nail Ralph… life is short. Variety is the spice of life… =P
Wow'zer...a Green Zegg in Green Park. Perfect. Another great Thang story, I've enjoyed it immensely. Congratulations. As I have not seen the watch in real yet, I cannot judge about it. All I can say is that I found the Mission Earth an ugly watch until I had it in front of me and finally bought it.....Enjoy your limited Green 5004!!!
Hahahaha, great post Thang and great reveal.
A very special watch for a very special guy! The watch with its color shows some very special character and humor. Same as its owner. Big congrats to this special piece my friend.
