I am now a happy member of the family. I just acquired my first IWC.
Excuse the poor photographic skils.

WoW Congrats- that’s a great entry into the world of IWC.
Welcome to the Forum
Welcome Yankel to the Forum. Excellent choice for your first ( but not last ) IWC. The XV is IMO one of the best MARKS. Enjoy your new Pilot, she's a beauty !
Thanks for the good wishes.
I have some questions about getting another strap for the Mark XV.
I have a small wrist, (164mm). Does that necessarily mean that a deployant strap with not sit well on my wrist?
Is the Santoni IWC strap avilable in a small size?
Thanks
So with your just shy of 6 1/2 inch wrist , my feeling is you should be OK with the MARK XV OEM deployant clasp/ buckle. My wrist is also on the slender side at 6 3/4" and with the original deployant I'm fine. However, my overall experience having a smaller wrist is that all deployant's are not equal in size and fit. That said, no deployant ( at least for me ) is as comfortable as a Tang/Pin buckle. It just allows the strap to lay down better and feels more comfortable. The problem on most deployant's is the clasp on a small wrist usually extends to far to the outer edge of the wrist and tends to rub on the wrist bone. It never seems to center up correctly. But as I mentioned, the deployant on the MARK XV seems to be as comfortable as it gets.
Regarding a Santoni strap, Santoni straps do come in short, standard and XL lengths, but to my knowledge you will not be able to get a Santoni for the XV. Reason being, the XV has a lug size of 19mm. Squeezing on a 20mm Santoni could work, but I take your watch to a AD or Boutique and lay out a 20mm to see if a fit is realistically possible.
Pulled a photo from the Internet so you can see the original deployant on a OEM buffalo strap.
hope this helps
