My new (certified pre-owned) 3714 - happy but concerned

I recently joined the IWC club with this 3714 purchase. Was looking for a higher end watch and fell in love with this watch the first time I put it on. An AD shipped this CPO the other day, and I picked it up today.

Once home, I spent some time closely inspecting the watch and found a few imperfections. Want to know how normal this is for a CPO watch. Bottom line is that I love the watch as is... hoping the imperfections are kind of normal for pre-owned but if not will take it back. Looking for feedback...

The picture is terrible quality but can still see the issues:
1) The 60 second marker is worn out or faded
2) The 42 & 43 second markers are missing a little bit... looks like it's been scratched off or faded.
3) Tiny little piece of something (looks like lint) right below the 6. Barely visible without really looking under the light.

Obviously, these bother you. Why not take it back to where you got it and ask for them to be corrected?

@Oldman... good question. Guess it's all based on whether it bothers me.

If it was a new watch, there's no question, would return it. It's pre-owned. Just looking for feedback on whether those little things are normal wear and tear... or abnormal (i.e. manufacturing defect).

Really love the watch, and don't want the hassle of returning and being without it for weeks... unless it's some kind of defect that even a 15-year old watch wouldn't have. That's what I'm looking for - kind of normal, a little weird, or really weird.

A bit of light fading I could consider normal, but the lint would be a problem for me. Have you looked at the watch through a loupe?

If I were you, use the watch and don't mind about it for a couple of years.
Then bring it in for complete service and it will come out as new. :)

Honestly I could barely notice anything. If it is keeping good time I would enjoy it until it needs a service.

I'm not sure I ever heard of Certified Pre-owned when it comes to watches. But seriously, I'm no expert. Your first reaction is usually your most sincere. If those little things are bothering you now, they may always be on the back of your mind. My call is to bring it back. This may be a big purchase for you and you should be 100% happy with it. Congratulations on your new asset.
I've never bought a pre-owned watch but it does seem odd that the concerns you have are all on the dial, underneath the crystal given that part of the watch is the "least" accessible - most of the services & repairs will touch the movements by necessity only and if it was entirely taken out of the case, watch experts will know to be careful with those delicate sections/parts.
