My first step into IWC was in 2008 when I bought a 5004-01.

In the last six years I haven't treated the watch too well, did everything with it on the wrist, from office work to sports. So the watch really required a service and Spa.
I gave it away beginning of July, and it was ready beginning of September. I just had not the time to pick it up ... but last week a good friend finally delivered it to me.

And what shall I say? I was blown away from the incredible work IWC service has done. The watch looks like new. It is simply incredible! It was quite scratched and had a lot of Dings. Now nothing, all gone!
And the movement was apparently also serviced with wizard's hands. In the last few days I could not see any second of time gain/loss.

Was it worthwhile to wait 2.5 month? Absolutely Yes.
Was the money well spent? Absolutely Yes.

Thanks IWC for the great service.

Here are two pictures of the new born baby:

    Giovanni,

With your description in mind - Amazing, just like a NIB!

With the same wear pattern it will serve you at least another 6 years now I suppose.

    Best
    /Anders

Looks fantastic, and runs ditto apparently. I am glad you are happy, we just needed a good and successful service story (although a bit quicker would be nice). Enjoy it!

    Kind regards,
    Paul
