Just want to share some picture about my first IWC ever. I've been dreaming about buying IWC and finally i get one :)
I simply fall in love with this watch when i saw it! The watch is a combination of my interest in aviation and my favorite football team

You join with a favorite IWC of mine (and others) and I am not even a Deutscher Fussball fan. It is simply a beautiful BP for us on this side of the football (soccer) challenged pond.
Btw, you are now infected with a serious illness. The IWC uhren-virus is quite contagious with no cure known. Adding more IWC's to your collection alleviates the virus for a while, but it comes back with a vengeance.
I too am a proud owner of a DFB. If you read the thread about the NYC GTG this week, you will see we had three in attendance.
The DFB is a perfect complement to my 5002 BP.
Can't go wrong with that one. Regulateur will show you where to get a strap with some rivets if you so desire.

Congratulations. That is probably my favorite Big Pilot. Although, it is hard to chose a just one. Very nice.
I thought that the black dial BP was a stunning watch to view on the wrist,or indeed at any location within eyesight,but this watch transcends any mental description.One could even allude to having a religious experience in the presence of this watch.

About the illness, i start to develop the symptoms ... I'm also infatuated with the IWC single chrono topgun, perhaps this absolute stunning beauty is my next IWC.
