Had the opportunity to go to Vegas for my birthday and of course had to stop by the LV boutique.

    Flight in!

Cool reflection of the dial of my Perp.

Met with Ben at the boutique. Really great guy. Very informative, friendly, and down to earth. You could tell he was passionate about the watches. Plus, it helped that he was into pens as well! :)

He let try on a number of watches. The one I went to try on was this. Im happy to say, that it was just as amazing I expected.
    i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm78/FountainPenz/Watches/photo1-12.jpg

Then I went to try on, many others... He was very helpful, and full well knowing that I was not going to buy that day, he was still more than happy to oblige.

    i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm78/FountainPenz/Watches/photo5-2.jpg

    And this one was amazing!
    i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm78/FountainPenz/Watches/photo1-9.jpg

In the end, I did buy a strap for my Perp. I had not planned on it, but I really liked the combo.

Oh yeah, and sported my BP on flight back. :)

Two great watches for a Vegas trip.

Superb discipline - not taking a plunge in the boutique! Did the Pure Classic not appeal?

Wow, Bryant! You walked out of the Boutique with neither the BP Perpetual nor the Pure Classic on your wrist? That's some willpower!

The Pure Classic would be a great compliment to your current collection!

Yes, Im not sure how I did, I suppose my account being empty from the Perp was one reason! :)
I appreciate the Classic, but its just not my bag I guess. But it was very cool...

Yeah, it was hard for sure... Especially with that BP on my wrist...
Yeah, the Classic would actually be great for my collection. But I have my eye out for something else for a thin dress style watch...

I see that you have opted for the lighter Santoni strap with the orange stitching. Nice combo!

The port grand comp is always nice!

You have started your collection with two great watches. I specially liked that handsome strap you put on your PPC.

What usually happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.

However, thanks for sharing with us your LV experience!

    Happy Birthday!
