That's great --while we appreciate you sharing, please keep in mind that this is an IWC forum, sponsored by IWC, and you should post about IWC. Other watches, when used in comparison to IWC, can be shown,but as moderator I'd like to avoid making this a general watch forum.
The solution is simple: you need to get an IWC ;) If you search the archives, you'll learn about vintage calibre 89's, which are classic hand wound watches with a great movement. Some can be found for under 600 Euro with luck.
