Need Help - Fake or Real Vintage IWC

    I'm new with the IWC brand and I want to buy this vintage watch, before I go
    through the certification process I want someone experienced with the IWC
    brand
    to say their opinion?

    It appears to be a genuine IWC watch. I cannot read the serial number of the
    movement but it appears to be a caliber 89. If I am reading the case serial
    number correctly (1 894 642) then it was produced around 1968 and delivered up
    to 1971. It shows it is a reference R 810, which resembles the images of
    watches when that reference number is searched on the Internet. You may also
    use an Internet search to determine values since we do not offer valuations on
    the forum.
