Hello J. Perot. If the serial number on the movement is 490678, then it
appears to be a lepine pocket watch movement Cal. 52 from 1910.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I guess I will know serial# when it arrives,
dealer stated it as Serial number 620678, looks like 4 to me too. I plan to
buy a modern IWC in 2019, but first, study the history and become
knowledgeable of all features to enjoy the most beautiful watches that I have
    admired for years.

    Best regards

Found it and you were correct Ben! Here is write-up from iwcpocketwatch.com...

"Most early Calibre IWCs and Calibre 52s had dials with Roman numerals.
Starting around 1900, dials increasingly had Breguet numerals as shown in this
example from about 1917. This watch also has a fancy Niello silver case, which
involves a specialized acid-etching technique for decoration, and fanciful
moon and stars hands. The movement has a Swan's Neck regulator but otherwise
is a typical Calibre 52, with unadorned brass plates, no centre jewel, and an
    old-style bimetallic split balance."
