New Aquatimer Chrono: Blue-Orange or Black-Yellow?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, so please forgive me if this has been discussed before.

I am seriously interested in buying one of the new Aquatimer Chronographs. When you see them in real life they are absolutely gorgeous (they look cheap on the website). The styling, the bracelet and the sapphire cover on the bezel are immaculate.

For me, the most difficult part however is to choose the color:

While I really like the black dial of the IW376701 model (black-yellow), I'm afraid I'll get tired of the yellow colors after a while. Also, the yellow is a slight bit too flashy for my taste.

On the other hand, the IW376703 model (blue-orange) looks better too my taste, but I'm not so sure if it goes well with a suite (I spend quite a bit of time in boardrooms).

So please help me out here guys, which one should I buy?

On a slightly different note, I've seen a lot of members uploading pictures of the new black-yellow and the white-black AT's. Does anyone actually have a blue-orange model, and if you do, could you please please ...pretty please... post some wrist shots?

First of all, welcome!

I understand it's hard to decide which color to choose but in the end, it will be on your wrist, not on ours so it should be your own decision.

I don't remember having seen pictures of the blue/orange Aquatimer Chrono here but hopefully some will show up.

Anyway, enjoy the wealth of knowledge and enthusiastic people here on the Forum and prepare yourself for ending up with more than one IWC if you stick to this place :-)

Thank you very much for the warm welcome and wise advise.

About ending up with more than 1 IWC... you are most likely right.

This high-end watch stuff is intoxicating!!! I always figured I would splurge $7k on a very nice watch and wear it for the coming 10 years.

Now that I have done some more research and started reading the different watch forums (including this one), I can see that that's just wishful thinking ,)

Blue-Orange is georgeous.

I'd take that one. I once had the pleasure to put it on my wrist and really loved it.
