New Potuguese Perpatual Calendar but....

Hi,

I was able to purchase the 5023-07. However after receiving the watch I noticed the minute hand was loose when the crown is in locked position. The minute hand would move with a gentle shake of the wrist. The watch is under warranty and I'm planning to visit the NYC boutique tomorrow. However, since the movement is considered a complicated movement I'm afraid of the servicing time. I hope this issue can be rectified in Dallas service center?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on a beautiful and highly sophisticated watch.
I don't have any experience with the service, but I'm sure it can and will be fixed and the wait will be worth it.
Of course I understand you not wanting to wait on your brand new baby long time.
