Dear members, long time reader I ve been interested in sector dials for years and finally had the opportunity to catch one... refinished. I know what it means but my question is did it ever exist in such configuration or not in your opinion?

Apologies not that used to hostingpics.
There were similar dials produced originally, but your redial is incorrect in some important respects, notably that the sub-dial second track is placed too far inward.
For obvious reasons, the tip of the second hand should meet the printed second markers, rather than extending well through them.
