That's a beautiful choice for a first IWC. The color combination of ardoise dial and brown strap is one of my favorites in the entire IWC line.

    Enjoy!

Agree with you, too bad the combination only comes in white gold.

So Clemens and Thang proved right. I realized today how weak I am. Again.
My local AD happened to have the AT I went there to see. Now it's mine!

Another great choice IWCAXEL. Welcome to the AT White Dial Club. It's a Forum favorite. What intrigued me about this watch and ultimately made me pull the trigger was the small but powerful statement of the yellow arrow tipped seconds hand..BRILLIANT ! Then to top it off, the secret weapon. The awesome color combination of the lume.

Well done sir. Enjoy with good health.

    Andy

Congratulations, that's a beautiful watch as your first IWC. Enjoy and wear it in good health.

You do know that in no time at all you realize that you need an Aquatimer for around the pool, an Ingenieur for your technical ordeals, a Pilot's watch because they are so cool, a Portofino because they are so classy and a Da Vinci because of the history? :-)

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Clemens - I couldn't speak out my thought in a better way ! LOL, Daniel

Very nice choice and looks great. The guys here are dangerous. In no time, you too will refer to your watch as your FIRST IWC. Just be careful about applying similar terminology to your wife. :-)
