novecento perpetual

Goodafternoon, i am looking for some pictures and the reference number of the novecento perpetual in pink/red gold. I have read here it was only made for the italian market? is that correct ? and were these fitted with the 96061 movements ?

The ref is IW3545-17. It came only with an Italian dial. Calibre 32061. Released about 1994.

Thank you so much Leo, that is already very helpful! I take it it was a limited production if it was only for Italy? and more than 20 years ago already so logical there are few pictures around.

Google helps quite often to find pictures. Try IWC 3545 and you will find quite some.

I did find this picture from an antiquorum auction in 2008, it is also a limited italian edition but it is in YG.

hopeless system you have here.... its resized and i imported the link from my drop box folder.
Why doesn t it show the picture in the box, and only the link ? What is tekst to link ...?

a link to dropbox will not work. Here is how to post a picture.

A dropbox link should work fine as long as you use the proper "IMG"
mark-up. And the dropbox link must be publicly available of course.

Perhaps the preview functionality also should be mentioned?

Okay, thanks for helping me here. The link is there now in my reply box, but i cant get the picture to show directly. I did need to get a different link from dropbox so both of you have a point ;-)).

the preview button doesnt show the picture, and the dropbox link starts with img www.dropbox.com/s/166gnxfdtrf4d6y

etc so it looks like its the correct IMG code ? Have to do with uploading pics i guess.

As my post tried to explain, the software here sometimes does not play nicely with Dropbox or Flickr. If you use Photobucket, it works perfectly.

If preview is not working you have done something wrong.
When I access your url manually I get something more than a plain
image file. Most likely you are using the wrong public url for the
image. I have it working nicely with the url I get from "Copy Public Url"
when right-clicking on the image in Dropbox.

Also, quite important, if review is not working for you then it is not
working for anyone else either. Btw. If you didn't realize, the image
I posted above is from Dropbox.

Shame, this is such a pleasent and highly informational forum and i have learned so much here. You would think an Url is Url ... and i understand iwc does not want to build a large Terra bite server. But if you have a look at the hour lounge by vacheron, its pretty nice, easy to use and good pic archive and no problem up loading
