On Monday evening July 30th I had the pleasure of joining two other NY based collectors at the World Premier of The Bourne Legacy as the guest of IWC.
The premier was held at the famous Ziegfeld Theater and the party at The Four Seasons Restaurant.
A great time was had by all and a big thank you to the folks at the NYC Boutique and IWC NYC corporate for including us in the event.

Sorry about the poor quality of the photos but had limited light and limited photo skills. Need Bill's class.

Thanks for looking and thanks again to the IWC folks for thinging of us.

    Kevin

The watch is well displayed in the movie and seen a number of times.

Thank you Kevin for the wonderful report. What you lack on photographic skills is largely compensated by the beautiful ladies that surround you! :-)

    Kind regards,

Kevin, glad to know you have enjoyed the event. IWC in Singapore is organizing a screening of the movie this coming Wednesday on the 15 August with Gold Class seats at a local cinema. I am sure it will be fun and exciting and I am looking forward to it.

My invitation must've gotten lost in the mail. Seems to happen a lot these days. Sigh.

But seriously, looks like it was a great time! So, how was the flick? Does Renner pull it off?

    Regards,
    Adam

PS - Patrick is lookin' good!

just caught the movie, which I really liked -- although some people movie critics have not been too enthusiastic in the websphere. if you know the first three, then the content should make it easier to follow.

but the ref 3799 is quite something else ...it looks fantastic in the movie, and I am kicking myself for not wearing my doppel for the screening. I won't give anything away, and I am not a big endorser of product placements in movies in general, but the watch certainly is more involved and looks absolutely great, in this movie.

That is a great plot for the Forum. A watch enthusiast bops around the world and among the boutiques buying and shipping watches in various guises to avoid spousal detection. LOL

Alam - you realize you just busted one of our mates plots! He's been running that scheme, building his collection quietly under the radar that way for some years...

The movie was action packed w great chase scenes. It will help if you have seen the previous Bourne movies to follow the plot. Overall it was good entertainment. The product placement of the TGCD was excellent and all the IWC people and fans cheered when the Dopple appeared.

For all of you who have commented on the lovely women of IWC all I can say is "eat your heart out"

As for a "Devine Legacy" I not ready for my closeup yet.

All, enjoy the rest of your weekend.
    Kevin
