NYC IWC GTG

Last evening Michael and his lovely wife,Kay, hosted a special evening in NYC. The event gave each attendee an opportunity to examine the new Forum Da Vinci, make new friends, enjoy great conversation and indulge in some excellent food.
IMHO the Forum Da Vinci is a special watch, the dial can't be captured with pictures and the bracelet sets the watch apart.
I'm sure a more detailed report will appear later today but wanted to thank Michael, Kay and IWC for a great evening. I'm looking forward to the next opportunity to get together.

It was great having you and Nancy there. I would post a report but I'm busy traveling today, so hopefully another one of our colleagues will post some photos. It was a special event, and I'm only sorry our Philadelphia friends were snowed in.

seeing what is a very impressive CFDV is a special treat. I am glad you had a good time and I am very sorry I was unable to dig out of the snow to join you.

NYC IWC GTG

I'd like to thank everyone who helped organize the event, Michael & Kay for being such gracious hosts, and IWC for their generous sponsorship of the dinner and the great gifts.

We had the opportunity to make new friends, talk watches & IWC and of course see the CFDF.
Unfortunately none of the new novelties were present. However, there were a lot of other great watches available to admire: a Laureus DaVinci, a gold Portuguese 2000, an AT 2000, a gold St Ex Pilot Chrono, a 1832(?) ref Ingenieur, 3 Regulateurs, and a fabulous pocket watch - all beauties.
And of course the CFDV.

Sorry that our Philadelphia friends were unable to join due to inclement weather conditions.

It was a great pleasure to meet everyone and I hope to see you soon at another event.

Looks like a great dinner party. Great insights and photos too.

The more I learn about the CFD - the more I want it.
