IWC has issued the following press release today:
Michael, Thanks for clearing this up.
Regards,
Kevin
Thanks Michael, I was wondering about your silence in the other thread. This is the best way to end all the confusion.
Great. Case closed.
Exactly right!
Thank you.
Thank you Michael.
As Jon Stewart would say......"BOOM"!!!
I stand corrected. Thank you for the clarity.
Well done, IWC! So, no thunder stolen (whatever that may mean). I guess somewhere someone might have lost a job, not examining this issue beforehand.
Kind regards,
Paul
I have no idea how long this took to resolve but if it kicked off with the previous post or just before then it's been sorted in double quick time. Could have got nasty I suppose and how much Breitling invested in the model is their business but someone has egg on their face, and there is no sense of laughing at their misfortune. Hope no one lost their job as been there and it's no fun.
Thanks Michael.
No more poseurs, I hope, after this.
We all knew IWC would do things correctly!
I liked very much to read that the licensing fees are going to a fund for the benefit of the Top Gun pilots retirement- great!

I am a big fan of such levels of clarity and authenticity. A splendid communication.
Thank you, Michael, for the clarification. Great job, IWC!
