This is an obvious fake, it might have an IWC pocket watch movement inside, but everything else is a complete fake.

Almost totally worthless and since the movement probably is not shock-protected completely unsuitable as a wristwatch.

It's not rare, it's not military, it's not a pilot watch, it's got a new dial and new case (both not from IWC), it didn't leave the IWC factory like that at all. Aside from that, it's, well...I'd rather not say.
