That's a successful attempt, as indeed...
the T applied pieces (12 o'clock and hands) glow more yellowish than the other, which is visible here (at least when one knows what to observe)
Just note also, that they are not only Tritium, as one can "load" them through sunshine or artificial light, which is not possible with T only.
They have to be a mixture of Tritium and other luminuous material such as SL (SuperLuminova), otherwise, the "charging effect" would not exist. On some of my prior requests on this matter I never received a clear response.
