seeing it was clearer morning than usual, and the smog & fog yet to descent on the city, I thought I'd take some pics from my office window :)

    Shing,

Your office is at Ocean Terminal? That's a very dangerous place to be!

(considering that the 1881 Flagship boutique and so many IWC ADs are just a few steps away...)

    Shing,
Thanks for posting, it's been a lot of years since my last visit to HK. Miss the excitement the city provides.
    Regards,

LOL. close enough - not Ocean Terminal but Gateway Towers. And yes, Ocean Terminal would be directly opposite, lol. I am diagonally a bit further away, but Flagship is still 3 minutes on foot fortunately or unfortunately :)

More than welcome Kevin, and please let me know when you have the opportunity to be here in Hong Kong next. The city certainly is very different from whence I first came, and also since when I moved here. But the soul of the city I feel remains - hustle, bustle, energy, diversity ... all saturated amidst a city that oscillates between fierce competitive commercialism and strong community pride & angst. Do come, do come one and all :) !

looking good Alan, at The Peak ! was it 2008-09 you were here? I am gauging by the progress of the tall building at 10 o'clock - the International Commerce Center - which is HK's current tallest building & pictured in my third shot. Its fully built. There's an IWC boutique there too ! And they still have the daily night light shows :)
