I had to go to try it on again after the first AD in Basel / Switzerland now has it in the window too. After work I went window shopping and had to try it on. This is definitely my next watch I have decided now.

It is wrapped in transparency foil which is almost invisible on the pic

Top right is the Chrono Racer. In the middle you can see the new Silberpfeil Inges.

    Tilo,

No need to think this one anymore. The (Ardoise) Racer on strap is without a doubt, stunning. You wear it well. Go for it !

Thanks for letting us window shop. I see some new Port Classic's which are eye catching in the window as are on the wrist. Oh..there's a Mira Mar....and a PPC..and a...

Thanks again Tilo for showing us the goodies. I have to go now and settle down.

    Regards,

    Andy

Nice to see a Da Vinci on display!

You can't go wrong with your choice. I am hoping to pick up a new Inge at Christmas and I am also considering this one.

It looks great on the wrist.

Oh boy, I forgot how big they are. But this not the first my tastes and likings have shifted since "with IWC" :o) I love the watch.

although some would prefer it would a metal bracelet, the black leather strap seems the much better combination..

I agree that it looks best on the strap. I am pretty sure you could also try straps from some of the other inges like the one on the ceramic model to mix it up a bit. Any straight on shots to share?

    Tilo, that's the spirit Sir!

Ignore what others say, simply do as you have done. Put it on the wrist -> take a good hard look at your wrist and follow the heart! And as we all know, in your case the heart is clearly again suffering from a clear bout of ubervirus fluttering!

    Go yeah forth!
