One to avoid?

Hello everyone.
I hope to obtain some advice from the learned members here, as I am interested in a watch I have seen. I have used the Marco Schönenberger, "Date your IWC by case and movement number - applet" but I am confused by the result, as the dates do not line up.

I am not sure if my enquiry breaks any of this forum's protocols (which is NOT my intention) so I am being very vague with the details, but I am concerned if this case/movement mismatch is unacceptable? Any help would be gratefully received.

Hello Bob - you are free to post your "date my IWC" search results here. The forum just isn't the place for valuations or sales.

There are many people on the forum who can help you out is this case. Can you indeed like ben mentioned share the numbers? I'm sure someone will jump in and tell you more :)

I attach a screen shot of the results from the "Date your IWC by case and movement number - applet". I did double-check the numbers I entered into the applet, to ensure they were correct.
In the Summary box the movement is dated at 1958 where as the case is around 1961. I would have expected the dates to be very similar and certainly not three years apart. 

I do not know what "probably produced resp.delivered around 1961" really means. The words used for the case "not fully compatible" does give me cause for worry.

I wouldnt be too concerned with an age gap of 3 years between the movement and case - especially since the first date is a movement production date, and the second is a case delivery date. Sounds completely believable to me.
