Hello everybody.
Since four weeks ago I'm the proud owner of a pilot chrono 377710. I still can't stop looking at it on and off my wrist, enjoining every piece of its beauty.
Anyway just yesterday, while I was winding it manually, I noticed that the rotation plane of the crown was unusually "tilting" instead of being parallel to the case.
When the crown is still it is wobbling a little bit, I can tilt it about 1mm from its position in every direction. This happens in all the three position when it is unscrewed.
Everything else is just working fine, winding, adjusting the date and time and the watch is as accurate as +1 each day, of course I did never hit anything with the watch, I took extreme care of it.
Maybe a couple of times, while I was screwing down the crown, it did stop in the middle of the way, without being completely locked to the case.
I did just unscrew it and then properly screw and secure it to the case.
Is this wobbling something I should be worried of? Should I show it to my AD and possibly be sent to IWC to be inspected or repaired?
I tried taking pictures of the issue, but they do not give the idea of the behavior.
I'm sorry if it is a nooby question, but it is my first automatic watch and I do not know if this is something ordinary or not.
Thank you anyway in advance for your reading.
