    Just experienced same problem with another user on my pilot 377701

    My watch is still working and under warranty, I took it to the Casueway Bay boutique in Hong Kong, and they sent to HK’s service center for diagnosis.

    Then they replied me that
    “…Diagnostics show that the watch has received an impact/shock and the necessary work is due to accidental damage. Therefore, we regret that it is not covered by the guarantee.”

    I was surprised & disappointed this problem happened in IWC......
    (Luckily I was setting the time at home, I can find the tiny spring back when the crown slipped off.)

    And now, even more disappointed with the services provided by HK service center, they are blaming customer for this crown problem.
