    Hi forum friends,

I know... I'm a nitpicker: I sent the Pisa Portuguese Perpetual (which I acquired last September) immediately in for a spa treatment. It was actually in very good condition, but now... it's perfect!

My compliments to the service team in Schaffhausen!

    Regards,

    Bob

This watch looks just great. How long you had to wait until you got it back from the spa treatment?

    Cheers Chris

Hi Bob, thanks for the information. I think that's not bad, two month, isn't it? Happy to hear that.

    Enjoy wearing your beauty.

    Cheers Chris

Hi Chris, agreed! However, after initial inspection I was informed it would be double that amount of time (3-4 months) which was a surprise to me... of course still appreciating IWC can only service so many watches/complications.

But with the friendly help of some IWC people I got it back a bit faster, which I really appreciate of course.

    Regards,

    BB

Thanks for showing this limited watch, Bob.

My first thought was, why an service for such a new watch.

But it is indeed already 10 years old and so a service makes sense.

    Enjoy it.

    Greetings

Hi Bob, thanks for the additional information. And yes, 2 month is a big difference from 4 month...and it makes me thinking a bit...!

Magnificent result Bob, I'm very happy for you. It's great you have it back before the switchover to 2015.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
