    Hi there,

I have been trying a light box and found out it was a lot harder to get some good pictures than I expected. From the whole bunch I took, here are a few that are not too bad.

First candidate, the BP: had to under-expose this one two stops since everything is so dark.

Next subject: Port Auto on tan brown strap: I was unable to capture the blue hands and numerals, even by correcting the color levels of the image afterwards.

Last try: Aquatimer Split Minute: Since I was not too pleased with the previous shots, I decided to play with the position of the lamps. Instead of just creating indirect light, I used more direct light with the lamp at the right and I used the second light to reduce the shadows.

I guess I still have to do some practicing.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Like the strip of light in the 1st AT shot...

I also like the setup. The metallic platform & black background work very well together.

And btw, thats a great collection!

    Cheers,
    Evan

    Great shots Clemens

I have to say that the Port Auto is an absolute beauty, white face and blue hands is an absolute classic - will have one myself one day.

Keep clicking and posting - thanx
