Please Help me to identify this watch

hello everyone. Im new on this forum and iwc lover. I meet someone one day
wearing a vintage iwc and i asked if i could take a picture. I like to find
one for myself but i dont know from where to start. Keep searching over
internet to find something similar but without result. It has onlu 12 /3 /6 /9
