From what I see, it is genuine. But better to "buy the seller". If you don't trust the seller, don't buy the watch.

Thank you for your advice and for checking the photos.
Could I trouble you with one more request.I had look at many IW371445 from both back and front, and one of the puzzling questions is that some watches have
'INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO' and Case No.
in THICK and WIDE capital font, whereas others are in much thinner font thereby covering less circumference. Is this simply a difference in design depending on the year released?
I checked IWC forum and other online sources, but I do not see any mention about them apart from some sources stating that genuine IW371445 have the writings engraved.
