    please help check this year and id for this watch

    Hi Leeking
    I searched through my old IWC Catalogues and I think I found your watch. 
    It appears to be similar to R580 AD, with Dial 1209.
    It will have a Cal 852 or derivative, from 1950s. 

    I am not sure if there is a different Ref number for Gold and Stainless Steel. 

    Very nice watch indeed :o)

    I see my watch have iwc in round and have full name company this not same with anywatch more 
    because i cant sure year for its

    The catalogues show some with the IWC in a circle, but not with the same dial configuration. 
    The only way to date the watch is to get the 
    movement and case numbers by opening the watch.
    The actual Reference number might be stamped inside the caseback as well!

    Sorry, I am not able to post pics from the catalogues.

    Thanks for the pictures. 
    So there is no reference number in the caseback, but the case number tells me that your watch was cased between 1954 to 1957.
