Please identify my IWC watch

Hello!

I got this watch long time ago, but I have hardly ever worn it, since it's too small for my male hand. I think, that maybe it is a women's watch, but I am not sure. Is it a genuine IWC? Could somebody take a look at it?

The watch is most definitely a male IWC watch from another era.
It is a very nice Caliber 89, which dates to the late 1950s to early 1960s
