Please identify this model

Hello there, 

I just got this piece (passed family)
Its in a bad condition. 

Does anyone know what kind of model this is? 
I know its a dress watch, but what year? 

Hope you guys can help me out with this.

Sorry I can't tell you what model this one is, but I'll just say the lugs have a nice and interesting shape to them.
Also, it is interesting to see the stainless caseback and the gold (or gold plated) case, although that is sometimes seen with IWC.

Your watch is either a Cal 83 or Cal 88. 
Without seeing the movement, and serial number in the caseback, I cannot tell you more. 

Cal 83 was made 1930 - 1947 
Cal 88 was made 1946 - 1964

I found the serial number at the caseback. 

Might be the number: 1268473 
Other number on the watch itself: 473

Well, I stand corrected, it is neither Cal 83 nor 88.  
I am not familiar with this movement at all. 

The caseback serial dates the watch to 1953. 

Are you able to read the movement number between the plates?
It is right there at the pointer of the regulator. This will aid in identifying the Caliber.

It appears to be a cal 70.  IWC manufatured 4,800 cal 70 in 1945/46.  It is the first time i see one.

Any help with this one gys ? Can anyone identify this :

Clepsydra thinks its a cal 70. 1945/1946.

I can´t seem to find it. Not even sales (so i dont even know what its worth).

1. What will the cost be of restauration by IWC (just indication). 
2. What is this watch worth (without certificate) and with or without restauration (just indication).

Your watch does not need restoration.  IMO, the case and dial should remain as they are.  The movement will most likely need to be cleaned and oiled, which I recommend if you intend wearing it and use it to measure time.  Assuming that all parts are in working order, any good watchmaker should be able to do that.
IWC's Certicate of Authenticity would be much too expensive for that watch, probably 1/5 of its market value.  Just my $.02.
