Recently purchased this 29mm NOS watch which according to the case number dates from 1987. Where can I obtain the model name/numbe, manual and history?

When would have looked at atleast one or two post in this forum you'd have seen how to post images, as every 2nd thread has the same post "how to post pictures". (Bill please don't post it here again ;-) they can investigate the forum a bit before posting....
