Please could anyone verify this watch?

There is a seller who has listed IWC371701 - discontinued model, new old stock. It will be resisted on ebay soon. As you guys are expertise, could you verify whether this watch is authentic or not? I tried to attach photos but the files were too large to be uploaded. The warranty card is hand-written and it says "not for resale." The seller says he got it as a gift from IWC after making donation to a charity.

The auction listing says it was purchased at an auction but the buyer does not wear watches.

The warranty card is hand written and says "not for resale"

The seller has only two feedbacks, both as a buyer.

Do you see any warning signs here?

The auction has closed and highly probable that some poor sod got taken for a ride!

As Dick says - always buy the seller... not the item.
