    Dear all,
I would like to know if there is the possibility to polish my IWC Porsche
    Design 3335 titanium from 1992.
    I am located in Italy
    Many thanks!

I apologize in advance if my suggestion does not result in the finish you are
seeking. For faint scratches on the surface of the titanium, I rub the metal
with an ink eraser. It is just abrasive enough to rub off faint scratches, but
the finish will look odd until the metal oxidizes again in several weeks.

If the scratches are deeper, I would ask a specialist who is familiar with
the metal (I think grade 2 titanium, which is closer to pure titanium than
grade 5 alloyed titanium). By specialist I really mean IWC themselves (in the
U.S.A. we have Superior Watch Service in Brooklyn New York). I presume you
know that polishing is the removal of metal, and cannot be reversed, so be
certain you know what is happening to your treasure!

Good luck! I know I personally would leave the deeper scratches and nicks
alone. I respect you will decide for yourself which course you prefer.
