Hi All,
A day after receiving the PPC 2.5 weeks back, the watch had to be dropped off at the boutique due to loose cannon pinion. Huge bummer since I was looking forward to wearing the watch throughout the holiday and end the year on a high note.
Due to the complicated movement, I was anticipating about 1.5 to 2 months of servicing period which was tough to swallow. So the watch was dropped of at the NYC boutique and the in-house watch maker was available to chat with me while diagnosing the watch. He (think his name was David)was very accommodating and we chatted about 30 - 40 minutes which was a great experience.
Long story short, the watch came back in 2 weeks and it's back on my wrist. I'm very stoked to have the grail back for the holiday. This watch signifies my career milestone achievements and I'm truly blessed to own such a piece.
Happy Holidays to you and your family!
Joe
