I bought my watch in April this year and have satisfied to the watch.

This morning I got serious problem - the watch stop while power reserve indicator indicates 1.5-2days power.

My dealer said that the phenomenon has been widely known to the 2barrel-7days inhous movement which is unaccpetable for me.

Could you please share with me any information about this issue and any possible way of toruble shooting.

    Thanks.

Since it is difficult to discuss individual service matters, the best idea is to let your dealer speak to IWC Schaffhausen. I am surprised by the statement of your dealer, so indeed the best way is to let him do the trouble shooting.
He is in the best position to help you.

    Dear Choiperman,
There was another thread with this issue on the Forum. I had the problem myself as well. Here is the suggestion: manually wind the watch to 8 days (you should hear the little ticks indicating you have reached the maximum), and then let the springs go to full unwinding; in the process, you should get back to the reserve indication of 0 day. The problem occurs when you only use the automatic winding to start the watch (or moderate manual winding); Hope this helps,
    Zoltan

Thank you for your comment and I already asked my dealer to speak IWC Schaffhausen.
