Purchases Aquatimer 2k from Manhattan flagship store. Had to return in 2 months later for fogged crystal (taking moisture). After 6 weeks the watch returned from Dallas repair center with admitted quality defect. When fixed watch returned, the boutique found a scratch on crystal during the repair. They then sent back and replaced crystal. I was fed-up (won't bore you with issues during), and they offered me a replacement watch. I thought all was good. Two months later the replacement started to fog! I returned this one, and they fully inspected externals at boutique. Two weeks later they say an "impact" was found @ 9 dial with internal inspection. This was certainly nothing from me (that spot faces my arm anyways). This watch visually is a tank, and apparently fragile as a flower? Now, I will wait several weeks for another "repair" which IWC is covering due to many issues. I can confirm either watch was never mistreated, never had impact shock, and the only water exposure was shower or swimming pool. They have spoken twice to their "retail director" on my behalf?
