Rare IWC in a dutch magazine ...

Just noticed this guy ( famous Dutch invester ) with the 'Alan' BP.

Wow, never seen that before.
What a fantastic watch !!
After a little investigation, can't seem to get any info on 'Alan BP' but found this:
5004-28,5004-29
50 of one ref made for Las Vegas Boutique.
50 of the other ref made for Los Angeles Boutique.

I may be wrong, but I think Martijn was identifying this BP as an "Alan BP" because this Big Pilot is part of our own Alan Ross' IWC collection of blue beauties. I also believe that Alan was the first to post a wristshot of this one on the forum. It is indeed an LA Special Edition BP.

Leo, if ol blue eyes was still around, he'd serenade our Mr. Alan Ross until he was blue in the face - for Alan's love of watches with blue dials, hands, straps, etc.

Over and above that Alan, is known to have a fairly unique collection of DFB's as well!

I've seen this Blue stealth BP in the metal, and can tell you it's one super cool looking BP.
