Rave sighting (with pictures) >>>

We have all seen Rave in Mexico (in bathing suit and AT), in South Africa, in Hong Kong, but now there has been a sighting in New York City.

Rave was seen wearing a 666 Ingeniuer and an '68 IWC baseball hat in an English Pub naturally. But, would you believe the beer of choice was Sam Adams...I guess when in Rome>>>

Also sighted with Rave was yours truly wearing the VC Portofino and the IWC Doppel Chronograph ref 3711. We had a delightful evening together over beer and an excellent Italian meal. I dragged my native NYC daughter along with us.

A very happy evening...

The Forum has been a great place to make friends. Foreign travel is not that much fun when you are on your own. I was very touched when Bill offered to travel up to Manhattan to show me some fine horological sights and take me out for drinks and dinner with his delightful daughter. It was a perfect evening. The conversations covered our shared passion for all things IWC, the prospects for the new presidency, why it's better buy IWCs than hold onto under-performing stocks and other economic related matters. I am also the proud owner of a 68er baseball cap. Overwhelming generosity for which I am truly grateful.

It was great going watch shopping in Manhattan with someone of such great knowledge. Rave put the salesman to shame with his knowledge of the vintage IWC's on display in the shop.
