The chronograph secondhand slightly surpasses 12, when reset on my pilots
watch top gun miramar, first itteration. Is there any way to beat this my
self, will a local ad be avle to fix og do I have to service the watch?

If watch is under warranty take it into the boutique or your AD for adjustment
    by IWC Service Center.

if not under warranty and your AD has an in-house certified watchmaker, I'd
let them do it. However, AD Mark F suggests above- if the watch is a couple
of years old or last serviced, then send it for a full service.
