Received IWC automatic through inheritance, need help identiying

this is a Portofino Ref 2010. A super flat watch equipped with a manual wind calibre 185. The 185 stands for the hight of the movement of 1.85mm. This is a quite rare gem, that is not made in large numbers. As you mentioned it is manual wind and has nothing to do with automatic. The case is made of 18ct gold.

Thank you for the reply! Interesting, the person I received it from was always interested in flat watches. He also had a quartz(!?!?) Vacheron that was extremely thin.
