I purchased an Ingenieur Automatic in October 2010 and have just sent it back to be repaired for the 4th time. The automatic winding mechanism doesn't seem to work for more that 18 months before it starts failing again. Has anyone else had this poor experience.

I ( and many others) have the same watch as yours and this is not typical for this watch. -
