Good morning and looking for advice in the forum.
I have greatly enjoyed my AT ref 3536 Ti for a number of years. I also have the velcro strap, and would like to change to using a new strap using the end links. I saw the IWC diagram how the screws come off, but have not been able to, as they are very difficult to unscrew or glued in place. Would you have some advice how to do this? Very appreciated.

Typically the screws are secured with Loctite which then requires heat if you want to loosen them. It can be tricky to apply heat in light of the fact that the velcro fabric is next to the screws. If you have a pencil type of soldering iron you can try pointing the tip directly to the screw head enough to unlock the screw. Good luck!

    Very appreciated Jack
Mixed results on my part. Loctite has a cured melting point above 350F, so unscrewing is very hard. I could take only one screw apart, of the four. Even with a soldering iron.

Thank you especially for pointing out to Loctite...saves time to avoid boiling as a solution...it would never work.
    Thanks again

Hair-dryer heat could be of help? Mine (that of 3767) went to the watchmaker for similar task though :)
    Hope this helps.

Of course not on the watch but on the end parts of the Velcro strap, when strap is not mounted :) I couldn't dream that this can be misunderstood... :) Sorry if yes.
