    Hi,

I have a nice 1990 Porsche design but problems with the bracelet. Some links are used with twisted tips and sometimes a link breaks off.
I would like to replace some of the used links but I can't find any ...

My bracelet is type 2: img15.hostingpics.net/pics/821900MaillonsIWC.png
I have extra links with tips (blue parts on pic above) "stuck" inside the link.
Any idea on how to have the tips extracted ?
    My links : hpics.li/1316ba9

    Thanks
    Brice

I know this problem and have equipped some bracelets with new pins.

It may be that IWC has no more spare parts in stock.

I'll check if I still have some of these parts ?!

They are identical for ref. 37xx and ref. 35xx

    Thanks,

Isn't it possible to "repair" my links with pins stuck into the link (-> picture : www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=273048IMG7327.jpg ) ?
For the moment, I need to replace only 2 "bad" pins on the links of my bracelet with "good" pins. I could unmount "good" pins from some of my extra-links that have 1 "stuck-inside" pin ?
I had no idea pins could be unmounted how do you do that ?

Months ago, I had an answer from IWC saying that I had to change the all bracelet !!! There are no spare links available from them ...

I got the same reply from IWC as well. IWC recommends to change to Gen3 bracelet and case.
