I bought a IWC watch recently and was completely down after 2 month usage. A full mechanism replacement is offerred by the SC and obviously i rejected this. I requested for a new replacement or upgrade but seem like IWC are firm on their non-replacement policy after sales. This is probably the worse experience in my watch collection, as compared to a similar case i encountered a year ago with a comparable brand who replaced it without any hesitation.
Can IWC explained thier after sales policy clearly in my scenerio and should the consumer bear the risk in purchasing a faulty product, if proven so?
